Personality- Despite his rather easy-going nature, his personality is rather unstable, with mood swings from one extreme to the another. Knowing this, he keeps his mind in a meditative state --said state allows one to access the Shared. Some speculate that since he is always submersed in the Shared, or close enough to it, that his mind has become warped; that this is why his power over the Shared is greater than those of recent generations.

• Facial Features- Sharp and angular, with slightly arced eyebrows
• Teeth- Normal, though the canines are slightly elongated and a group of molars show slight points
• Body and other markings- Piercings: Right ear, two; Left ear, four; Left nose, one; Right eyebrow, two. His tattoo(s) are black tribal messed up dragon with tribal background from one eight of left face, to quarter left body, to left shoulder, to whole left arm, and right forearm.
• Hands- Long, slender fingers that are slightly crooked from improper settings; calloused; scarred, heavily.
• Feet- Missing both pinkie toes; scarred, lightly; as rough and as calloused as his hands.
• Voice- Deep, slightly hoarse and rough sounding.
Normal Attire- Simple tanned leather t-shirt and pants; a wolf-skin vest; boots made of sheep's wool, the soles soft but durable.
Weapon(s)- Two Silver Arnis(Batons without handles) and a 6-foot Bo Staff.
Backstory- His mother had fallen in love with a man from a different clan, a taboo in Hayvn and heavily frowned upon. When it became known that the two were having relations, the Long Watch were sent to capture the two one night, but they escaped and lived on the run for a few years. This disappearance of the other clan's member caused a small tension to rise, but war was evaded as the current Chief explained the situation and that Hayvn did not have either of the two. The opposing clan agreed that their man would be put on trial by Hayvn's laws, as he was the offending party. A decision that did not sit well with many people.
Five years went by before the two were caught and by this time, Ichi had been born. When the Watch brought the three of them back to Hayvn, the current Chief wasn't too pleased to know that a clan member had given birth to an abomination. But, before they could kill Ichi, she begged the Chief for his life, offering her own and invoking the Trial of the Shared. (said Trial allows those in question to be judged by the Shared, to see if the judged is worthy of carrying on the Shared's lineage. This trial also helps with choosing the next clan Chief.) This Trial may be why Ichi is so potent with the Shared, and how he understands it so much better than the rest of his clan. The mother was executed and her soul sent to the Shared; the father executed as well but sent back to the his clan for their own burial rituals.
After being marched mercilessly in the forest, to where the fabric of this reality is thin enough for the Shared to make small influences, Ichi finally came face to face with the Shared. His mother had taught him the basics of controlling and suppressing his own innate ability of the Shared and when the Shared flung the gates of his mind open, those with him fell unconscious at the recoil, all except the Chief who stood and watched, almost as if he was possessed. In truth, he might've been; the Shared taking him over so that someone may stand witness. In this moment, the Chief knew the boy was going to pass this Trial and replace him.
Though the people of Hayvn accepted the Shared's judgement, they still looked down upon the orphaned boy, who had been taken in by the Chief, though he always wandered towards the longhouse to watch the Long Watch come and go; even sneaking off to follow --often caught and sent back with a black-eye and a bloodied nose. Soon, he was never caught in following those of the Long Watch and watched them in action, in training, as they slept, as they walked. It wasn't long before he was joining the Watch.
His initial training was brutal and intense, though it was that way for everyone. He did, however, get the shit jobs that no one else would do. He did these with a burning passion, striving to be accepted and noticed, to show that he wasn't just some abomination to be shunned. In his time during the Watch, he had felt every emotion and watched brothers and sisters die; some protecting him, some by accident. Ichi never reached any rank of importance in his company, but they did grow to respect him and accepted him, often times sticking up for him. His heart, however, was still a bit sore from their blatant disregard for him, though he didn't hold it against them. Soon, in the last few years of his time in the Watch to take the Chief position, he gathered friends, but never really allowed any one person to get close to him.
As the Chief then passed his mantle on to Ichi, those of the clan had grown to accept him for what and who he was. The Chief would die a few weeks later, his soul offered to the Shared.
